Hello Spring 2020!

Spring 2020 semester started out to a fun start! Our first member meeting was an info session for any student looking to hear about what Tech SHRM is all about, and our more seasoned members had an opportunity to hear about what’s new and upcoming for the semester. We kept things lively and got to know each other. Where each table attempted to build the tallest free-standing structure out of pasta, tape, and marshmallows. Our winning team received a prize, and every table had fun getting to know their group!

Our second meeting of the semester was Resume Review night where our members had the opportunity to learn from the Rawls Career Management Center on what it takes to have an outstanding resume. Our members received packets to take home and work with to create their winning resumes, and could also bring in their current resume to get critiqued and perfected. The information we received was extremely valuable and helpful to help launch our members into the job market!
